Numerous projects delivered whilst working in both new start-up/spin-out companies through to larger corporate organisations. Examples include;

• New build leadership of a large scale API facility. Investment of >£20 million. Operational project management of commissioning, validation and then management of the new build facility.
• Parachuted into a complex new pre-commercial product launch to evaluate and establish the manufacturing operations. Achieved first time pre-approval FDA and MHRA inspections.
• Setup and ongoing operational leadership of a spin-out company using plant based expression working closely with the CEO. Established the site infrastructure (IT, facilities management, waste permits) whilst performing recruitment and all financial management. 
• Setup of a suitable facility for the manufacture of a peanut allergy treatment. Instrumental in the design of the facility and procurement of the appropriate GxP compliant equipment. Led the validation of the facility and equipment.

Highly experienced in numerous regulated product areas and evidenced leadership. Examples include;

• Chemical entities, API production, drug-device combination products and medical devices
• Management of complex biological product supply chains globally
• Toll manufacturing & CMO oversight; drug product, packaging and consumables
• Complex regulated end to end supply chain leadership, including GDP and serialisation 
• Strategic evaluation and implementation of projects across end to end supply chains
• Acting in the capacity of Chief of Staff supporting C-suite level with the delivery of multiple business initiatives.
